ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી મધ્યસ્થ પ્રવેશ સમિતિ 2023-24
કોમર્સ રિશફલિંગ રાઉન્ડ માટેની અગત્યની સૂચના
જે વિધાર્થીઓને પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડમાં કોઈ પણ કોલેજમાં પ્રવેશ મળ્યો હોય અને ત્યારબાદ ઓનલાઇન ટોકન ફી ભરેલ હોય કે ભરેલ ન હોય તેઓ તેમની સંમતિ આપ્યા બાદ રિશફલિંગ રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લઈ શકશે.
જે વિધાર્થીઓને પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડમાં કોલેજ ફાળવેલ હોય અને ટોકન ફી ભરેલ હોય તથા પ્રવેશ માટે કોલેજમાં રિપોર્ટીંગ કરેલ હોય તેઓ પણ પોતાની સંમતિ આપ્યા બાદ જ રિશફલિંગ રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લઈ શકશે.
જે વિધાર્થીઓને પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડમાં એક પણ કોલેજમાં પ્રવેશ ફાળવવામાં આવેલ નથી તેવા તમામ વિધાર્થીઓ સંમતિ આપ્યા વગર આપોઆપ રિશફલિંગ રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ કઈ શકશે.
નોધ : રિશફલિંગ રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લેવા માંગતા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તારીખ 06/07/2023 થી 08/07/2023 (સવારે 10.00 કલાક સુધી) ફક્ત પોતાની કોલેજની ચોઈસ અને મીડિયમ (માધ્યમ) બદલી શકશે અને વધારાની કોલેજ ચોઈસ પણ કરી શકશે. આ સિવાય કોઈ સુધારો કરી શકાશે નહીં. પ્રવેશ ન મળેલ હોય તેવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જણાવવાનું કે પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ બાદ ખાલી રહેલ જગ્યાઓ, કટ ઓફ માર્કસ અને પોતાના મેરીટના આધારે વધુ ને વધુ કોલેજોની ચોઈસ આપવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે.

Notice for New Registration
યુ.જી. કોમર્સ પ્રવેશ માટે રજિસ્ટ્રેશન બાકી હોય કે અધૂરું રહી ગયેલ હોય તેવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટેની અગત્યની સૂચના
(a) CBSC બોર્ડના તમામ તેમજ Other બોર્ડના તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરી શકશે (અગાઉ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન પૂર્ણ કરીને રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ આઉટ કાઢેલ હોય તેમણે નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું નથી)
(b) (I) ગુજરાત બોર્ડના જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું અગાઉ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ નથી એટલેકે જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરવાનું બાકી રહી ગયું હોય તે તેમજ
(ii) જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું રજિસ્ટ્રેશન અધુરું રહી ગયું હોય કે રજિસ્ટ્રેશનનું પેમેન્ટ બાકી કે સક્સેસ ન થયું હોય (જૂના આઈડી પરથી જ કરવાનું રહેશે) તેવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરી શકશે.

Steps for confirmation of Admission and fees payment
પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ અને “ફી” ની ચુકવણી માટેની પ્રક્રિયાના પગલાં
- એપ્લિકેશન આઈડી અને પાસવર્ડનો ઉપયોગ કરીને તમારા પ્રવેશનેconfirm ( by pressing “confirm admission” button, if you want to confirm your admission in the allotted College ) કર્યા પછી પ્રવેશ પોર્ટલ પરથી તમારા પ્રવેશ ફાળવણી પત્ર (Admission Allotment Letter) ની પ્રિન્ટઆઉટ લેવી ફરજિયાત છે.
- એલોટેડ કોલેજમાં એડમીશન કન્ફર્મ કરવા માટે ઓનલાઈન ટોકન ફી (તા. 29/06/23 થી તા. 02/07/2023) સુધીમાં ભરવી ફરજીયાત છે. ટોકન ફી ભર્યા બાદ અને એડમીશન એલોટમેન્ટ લેટરની પ્રિન્ટ લીધા બાદ તા. 30/06/2023 થી તા. 03/07/2023 દરમ્યાન જે કોલેજમાં એડમીશન મળેલ હોય તે કોલેજમાં જઈને જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો અને તેની ઝેરોક્ષો સાથે કોલેજ સમય દરમ્યાન ફરજીયાત વિદ્યાર્થીએ રૂબરૂ જઈને રીપોર્ટીંગ કરાવવાનું રહેશે. ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે ઉમેદવારે આપેલા રજીસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઈલ નંબર પર રીપોર્ટીંગ પ્રક્રિયા માટેનોOTP આવવાનો હોવાથી મોબાઈલ સાથે લઈ જવો જરૂરી છે અથવા વિદ્યાર્થીના એડમીશન ફોર્મના લોગીન આઈડીમાં ડેશબોર્ડ (Desk board) માં પણ OTP જોવા મળશે.
- જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નિયત તારીખમાં ફી ભરીને રીપોર્ટીંગ કરાવશે નહીં તે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડમાં તેમને ફાળવેલ સીટ પર હક રહેશે નહીં

MOCK ROUND HAS BEEN DECLARED
મોક રાઉન્ડ જાહેર થયા બાદ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ખાસ સૂચના
- આથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ખાસ જણાવવાનું કે, મોક રાઉન્ડમાં જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પોતાની પસંદગીની કોલેજ મળી નથી એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ તા. 24/06/2023 થી તા. 26/06/2023 સુધીમાં પોતાની કોલેજની પસંદગીમાં ફેરફાર કરી શકશે.
- કોલેજ પસંદગી કરતી વખતે ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી વેબસાઈટ પર મુકવામાં આવેલ મોક રાઉન્ડના કટઓફમાં પોતાની કેટેગરી પ્રમાણેનું કટઓફ જોઈ કોલેજની પસંદગી કરવી.
- જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને એક પણ કોલેજ ફાળવણી (એલોટ) થઈ નથી તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ખાસ કોલેજ પસંદગી કરતી વખતે ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી વેબસાઈટ ઉપર મુકવામાં આવેલ મોક રાઉન્ડના કટઓફમાં પોતાની કેટેગરી પ્રમાણેનું કટઓફ જોઈ કોલેજની પસંદગી કરવી.
- આ મોક રાઉન્ડનું રિઝલ્ટ છે. અત્યારે કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થીએ કોલેજ કે યુનિવર્સિટી માં જઈ ઓનલાઈન કે ઓફલાઈન ફી ભરવાની નથી. ફાઇનલ એલોટમેન્ટ રાઉન્ડ પછી ઓનલાઇન ફી ભરવાની રહેશે.
Provisional Merit List has been declared in student login
વિદ્યાર્થીઓ લોગીન કરી પોતાનો પ્રોવીઝનલ મેરીટ નંબર આજ રોજ જોઈ શકશે, જે વિદ્યાર્થીનું પ્રોવીઝનલ મેરીટ જાહેર ન થયું હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તા. 21/06/2023 તથા તા. 22/06/2023 ના રોજ ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી ખાતે એડમીશન સેલ ખાતે ( સવારે 11 થી 5 દરમ્યાન ) જરૂરી આધારો સાથે અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.07-06-2023

પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા ઝડપી બને અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એડમીશન ફોર્મ સરળતાથી ભરી શકે તે માટે હાલમાાં સ્કુલમાાંથી ધો. 12 ની માર્કશીટ આપેલ ન હોવાથી માર્કશીટમાાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ધો. 12 ની ઈ-માર્કશીટ અપલોડ કરવી તથા જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનુ ધો. 12 નુ સ્કુલ લીવીંગ સર્ટીફીકેટ (L.C.) આવેલ ન હોય તે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ધો. 10 નુ સ્કુલ લીવીંગ સર્ટીફીકેટ (L.C.) અથવા જન્મનુ પ્રમાણપત્ર અથવા સ્કુલ બોનાફાઈડ અથવા ધો. 10 ની ક્રેડીટ માર્કશીટ (કે જેમાાં જન્મ તારીખનો ઉલ્લેખ હોય) ફોર્મમાં અપલોડ કરવુ.

Important Instructions
જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પોતાનું ફોર્મ સબમીટ કરેલ છે અને ફોર્મ ભરવામાં કોઈ પણ પ્રકારની ભૂલ થયેલ હોય તો નજીકની કોઈપણ કોમર્સની કોલેજમાં (કોલેજ સમય દરમ્યાન) જઈને સુધારો કરાવી શકશે.
વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ફોર્મ વેરીફિકેશન કરાવવાની ખાસ અગત્યની સૂચના
માર્ચ 2023 માં ગુજરાત બોર્ડની પરીક્ષા પ્રથમ પ્રયત્ને પાસ કરનાર, જનરલ કેટેગરી (OPEN) ના એવા વિધાર્થીઓ જેમણે બધાં જ વિષયોની પરિક્ષા માર્ચ 2023 માં પાસ કરી છે તેમના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફોર્મનું વેરિફિકેશન કોલેજે કરવાનું રહેતું નથી. પરંતુ નીચે જણાવેલ કેટેગરીના વિધાર્થીઓનું ફરજિયાત પણે વેરિફિકેશન કરવાનું રહેશે.
A. માર્ચ 2023 અગાઉ પાસ થયેલ વિધાર્થીઓ, રિપીટર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ (ગયા વર્ષે નાપાસ થયેલ પરંતુ ચાલુ વર્ષે પાસ થયેલ અને બધાં વિષયની પરીક્ષા ન આપેલ હોય પણ EXEMPTION સિવાયના વિષયોની પરીક્ષા આપેલ હોય.)
B. અનામત કેટેગરીના તમામ વિધાર્થીઓ જેવાં કે SC/ST/SEBC/EWS/PH.
C. માર્ચ 2023 ગુજરાત બોર્ડ સિવાયના તમામ બોર્ડ ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ (CBSE, ICSE, NIOS વગેરે જેવા)
D. શારીરિક અક્ષમતા અંગેનું સિવિલ સર્જનનું 40% કે તેથી વધુ અપંગતા અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર ધરાવતા હોય.
Eligibility Criteria for Admission :
- For the purpose of admission, a student who has passed the qualifying examination from– Gujarat Board, Central Board, Council of Indian School Certificate Examination,, International Baccalaureate, National Institute of Open Schooling, A student who has passed the qualifying examination from any State other than Gujarat.
- A student who has passed the qualifying examination after appearing in the supplementary examination conducted by the Board shall be eligible for admission in the current academic year on seats that are declared vacant.
- A student who has passed the qualifying examination from other than Gujarat Board or other than CBSE schools of Gujarat State shall be required to submit the Provisional Eligibility Certificate (PEC) from Gujarat University before registration process. Following shall be eligibility criteria for admission in first year of the Programmes mention in below,
- B.Com.(Honours):A student should have passed the qualifying examination with the following subjects : English and Accountancy Student, who has not opted Accountancy as a subject in standard 12 and taken admission in B. Com. Course, has to submit assignment of Accountancy subject before completion of First Semester by paying Rs. 500 as additional fees at Gujarat University Admission Committee(GUAC).The Student has to submit assignment in School of Commerce, Gujarat University.
- B.B.A.(Honours)/B.C.A.(Honours): A student should have passed the qualifying examination with the following subjects: English and Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Statistics or Physics or Chemistry or Biology or Accountancy or Elements of Accountancy Economics or Statistics or Psychology or Sociology or Philosophy or Geography or History Student other than Seeking Admission in B.B.A. (Honours) /B.C.A. (Honours) Course, has to submit assignment of Accountancy subject before Completion of First Semester by paying Rs.500 as an additional fees at Gujarat University Admission Committee(GUAC).The Student has to submit assignment in School of Commerce, Gujarat University.
4-year UG Degree (Honours) :
A four – year UG Honours Degree in the major discipline will be awarded to those who complete a four-year degree programme with 192 credits and have satisfied the credits requirements
4-year UG Degree (Honours with Research) : Students who secure 75% marks and above in the first six semesters and wish to undertake research at the undergraduate level can choose a research stream in the fourth year. They should do a research project or dissertation under the guidance of a faculty member of the University/College. The Research project / dissertation will be in the major discipline. The students who secure 192 credits, including 12 credits from a research project / dissertation, are awarded UG Degree (Honours with Research ).
Documents to be attached with the Application :
The candidate shall submit the self-attested copies of the following documents
along with the print out of the registration form and copy of allotment letter at
the time of taking admission in allotted College.
- SSC Examination (Std. X) Mark sheet.
- HSC Examination (Std. XII) Mark sheet.
- School Leaving Certificate
- Transfer Certificate or Migration Certificate.
- Caste certificate for a candidate belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC),
Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Socially and Educationally Backward Classes
(SEBC), Economically Weaker Section(EWS), issued by the authority
empowered by the Gujarat State Government in this behalf. - Valid Non- Creamy layer (NCL) certificate of the family, issued b y the
authority empowered by the State Government in this behalf. - Certificate of Physical Disability, issued and duly signed by the Civil
Surgeon/competent Medical Authority, in case of a Physically
Handicapped candidate. - Certificate of Ex Serviceman, duly issued by the Director, Sainik
Welfare Board or by the District Sainik Welfare Officer. - A copy of certificate of in Serviceman duly issued by the Commanding
Officer of the respective unit in which he/she is serving. - Such other certificates as the Admission Committee deems necessary.
