પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ માટે મહત્વની સૂચના

Steps of Process for confirmation of Admission and fees payment

પ્રવેશની પુષ્ટિ અને ફીની ચુકવણી માટેની પ્રક્રિયાના પગલાં

1. It is mandatory to take the printout of your ‘admission allotment letter’ from the admission portal after confirmation ( by prassing confirm admission button if you want to confirm your admission in the allotted Department \ PG center ) of your admission by login using your Application ID &Password.

1. એપ્લીકેશન આઈડી અને પાસવર્ડનો ઉપયોગ કરીને તમારા પ્રવેશને Confirm ( by prassing confirm admission button if you want to confirm your admission in the allotet Department \  PG center ) કર્યા પછી પ્રવેશ પોર્ટલ પરથી તમારાપ્રવેશ ફાળવણી પત્રની પ્રિન્ટઆઉટ લેવી ફરજિયાત છે.
2. After taking the printout of your ‘admission allotment letter’, the candidate must report personaly for the endorsement at the allotted Department/ PG Centre  on 27-06-2023 & 01-07-2023 up to 1.00 PM with original documents listed below and their photocopies.As the OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number given by the candidate while filling the form, keep that mobile handy or keep it accessible for the endorsement process.

         (a)     New printout of admission form taken after 25-06-2023.

         (b)     Admission allotment letter.

         (c)    Two passport – size photos.

         (d)     Graduation mark sheet of all trials and all semesters.

         (e)      Respective valid certificate for SC/ST/PH/EWS/SEBC (Cast certificate, Non-Creamy Layer certificate, Disability certificate, EWS Certificate, etc.).

        (f)    For other than Gujarat University applicants PEC certificate.

2. ઉમેદવારે 27-06-2023 અને 01-07-2023 ના રોજ 1.00PM સુધી નીચે જણાવેલ મૂળ દસ્તાવેજોઅને તેમની ફોટોકોપીઓ સાથે, તમને ફાળવેલ વિભાગ/PG કેન્દ્રમાં સમર્થન (ENDORSEMENT) માટે પ્રત્યક્ષ હાજર રહી જાણ કરવી આવશ્યક છે. ફોર્મ ભરતી વખતે ઉમેદવારે આપેલા રજીસ્ટર્ડ મોબાઈલ નંબર પર, ENDORSEMENT પ્રક્રિયા માટે OTP આવવાનો હોવાથી મોબાઈલ હાથવગો રાખવો કે તેની ઉપલબ્ધતા જાળવવી.

(a) 25-06-2023 પછી લેવાયેલ પ્રવેશ ફોર્મની નવી પ્રિન્ટઆઉટ

(b) પ્રવેશ ફાળવણી પત્ર

(c) પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝના ફોટાની બે નકલો

(d) તમામ ટ્રાયલ અને તમામ સેમેસ્ટરની ગ્રેજ્યુએશન માર્કશીટ

(e) SC/ST/PH/EWS/SEBC માટે સંબંધિત માન્ય પ્રમાણપત્ર (જાતિ અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર, નોન-ક્રીમીલેયરપ્રમાણપત્ર, અપંગતાપ્રમાણપત્ર, EWS પ્રમાણપત્ર, વગેરે)

(f) ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી સિવાયના અરજદારો માટે PEC પ્રમાણપત્ર.

3. Those who do not pay the fees for their admission, their allotted seat will be cancelled automatically, and they can participate in the successive round.

3. જેઓ તેમના પ્રવેશ માટે ફી ભરશે નહીં, તેમની ફાળવેલ સીટ આપોઆપ રદ થઈ જશે અને તેઓ પણ પ્રવેશ માટેના હવે પછીના રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લઈ શકશે.

4. All verified and valid candidates will be eligible for the successive round.
5. બધા ચકાસાયેલ અને માન્ય ઉમેદવારો પ્રવેશ માટેના હવે પછીના રાઉન્ડ માટે લાયક ગણાશે.
