૧. ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી કોઇપણ માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા ઇચ્છતા અરજદારે ફી લેખે રૂ. ૩૩૬/- ઓનલાઈન ભરવાના રહેશે.
૨. MIGRATION CERTIFICATE મેળવવા માટે ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભરવાનુ રહેશે. ફોર્મ સાથે સ્પષ્ટ વાંચી શકાય તેવી છેલ્લી માર્કશીટ અને અંતિમ કોલેજનુ TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (TC) ઓનલાઈન અપલોડ કરવાનુ રહેશે.
૩. REGULAR વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ કોલેજના લેટરપેડ પર જે-તે કોલેજના પ્રિન્સિપાલ/ ડાયરેક્ટર ના સહી- સિક્કા સાથેની ‘નમૂના-૧’ મુજબની NOC ઓનલાઈન અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે જેની નોંધ લેવી.
૪. Migration Certificate લેવા આવતી વખતે વિદ્યાથીએ Original Transfer Certificate (TC), Original નમૂનો -૧(NOC) અને ભરેલ ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ યુનિવર્સિટી ખાતે રૂમ નં – ૧૪ માં અચૂક જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે. જે જમા કરાવ્યા વગર Migration Certificate મળશે નહી.
૫. EXTERNAL વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (TC) તેમજ ‘નમૂના-૧’ મુજબની NOC અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે નહી.
૬. MIGRATION CERTIFICATE મેળવવા માટે ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ભર્યા બાદ ૩- WORKING DAYS પછી ક્રમ–૪ માં જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો જમા કરાવી, તે રૂબરૂ મેળવવાનું રહેશે.

1. The applicant who wants to get admission in any recognized university from Gujarat University has to pay a fee of Rs. 336 / – which is to be paid online.

2. To obtain the Migration Certification, the student will have to fill up an online form. While submitting the online form, the student must also upload clear and readable images of the latest Mark Sheet and the Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last college.

3. Regular students will also have to upload the NOC as per ‘Form for NOC- Annexure-1’ with the signature and stamp of the principal / director of the college on the College Letter Head.

4. The student will have to submit the original Transfer Certificate (TC), Original NOC and filled Application print when she/he comes to collect the Migration Certificate from Room No. 14, Main Building, Gujarat University. Kindly note that the student will NOT be issued the Migration Certificate without submitting the above Documents.

5. External students will not have to upload the Transfer Certificate (TC), NOC as per ‘Annexure-1’.

6. The student may collect the Migration Certificate THREE(3) working days after filling online application. Student may collect it from Room No. 14, Main Building, Gujarat University.
