- Photo (Scanned Photo With Size must be between 10kb and 50kb)
- Signature (Scanned Signature With Size must be between 5kb and 30kb)
- Any other Applicable Documents/Certificate (Xerox Copy/Scanned document With Size must be between 100kb and 400kb)
